Tuesday, on November, 17 took place the «GSOM Alumni Expertise Club» – meetings between the GSOM SPBU alumni and experts in different business areas aimed to exchange the best practices and tools in various decision making processes. This time we have spoken about successful consumer brands, their creation and promotion in the fast-changing market.
Our guest speakers - Natalia Ginzburg, “Russian Standard” marketing director, has shared the experience of creation the №2 worldwide brand in the vodka spirits segment. Sergey Nikolaev, EMBA 2007 alumni, «Unzia» chainstores managing director, has told listeners how to work with loyal customers in the falling market, what is the secret of franchising expansion and even what high quality tea consists of. Natalia Zhuk, «Italy Group» marketing director, has explained how to build restaurant brand that becomes the synonym to «quality» in the consumers' minds.
The discussion flow was moderated by Alexey Gruzdev, managing director of «Alt» consulting company.
