On November 16, 2020 at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) at the 7th International Conference Emerging Markets-2020, experts will discuss knowledge management as a source for making decisions in the business process. 

The 7th International Conference "Emerging Markets 2020" has started at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU). For ten days, 170 speakers from 24 countries will discuss the state of the economy, management and business before and after the pandemic in an online format.

The MOST TV channel is making a film about the conference of the 7th International GSOM Emerging Markets Conference-2020. Andrei Panibratov, Chairman of the Research Committee of the Business School, introduced Russian and international speakers, the issues of the conference and noted that the best reports of participating researchers will be published in the International Business Review and International Journal of Emerging Markets. 

On 18 November 2020, at Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) during the 7th international conference «Emerging Markets-2020» researchers will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on development of human resources in local and transnational companies.

On November 15, at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU), international experts will discuss the increased influence of geopolitics on the international strategies of emerging market firms, the interaction of multinational companies with national and international governments, the role of diplomacy in the process of internationalization, and much more. Scholars will present their research at the Emerging Market Multinationals and the Politics of Internationalization track at the 7th International Conference "Emerging Markets 2020".

On November 12 and 13, 2020 at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) at the 7th International Conference Emerging Markets-2020, experts in the field of human resource studies will discuss talent management, talent migration and the impact of talent diversity on firm performance, in the pandemic times as well.

On November 12-14, at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU), international experts will discuss how Big Data and the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies affect the work of business and government structures and whether they can replace leaders in the future. Discussion and presentation of reports will be held at the scientific track "Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Management" at the 7th International Conference "Emerging Markets 2020".
