The research article prepared by the research group from the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) was published in the leading journal from human resource management rubrics, category B from the ABS list — the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
Students of the Executive MBA program at GSOM SPbU received their diplomas. The alumni of the program are 20 top managers and owners of large and medium-sized businesses with an average management experience of 13 years from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Belgorod.

The experience of intrapreneurship—supporting the entrepreneurial spirit within enterprises—can be an important factor in developing entrepreneurial intentions and creating new businesses. This factor is especially important in countries with a high level of development of "facilitating" institutions.
Professor of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) Andrei Panibratov joined the editorial board of one of the leading journals in the field of international business the Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABS-ranked). Professor of the Business School became the first and only representative of Russia in the APJM.
