The Coaching Center of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) held the Go for Coaching program for the third time.
Working in foreign markets encourages Russian companies to be more active in disclosing corporate social responsibility, with an emphasis on developing local communities and supporting staff, but paying little attention to environmental issues. These are the conclusions of a joint research by representatives of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), the Higher School of Economics, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the School of Accounting and Finance of the University of Vaasa.
Olga Dergunova, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank, Director of the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), will act as a moderator of the section on competencies, training and skills at the forum “New Reality of Management. Forum of Leaders, CEO, HR-Directors”, organized by Forbes. The event will take place on May 25 at 13:30.
"The relationship between digitalization practice and human resource management strategies in Russian companies": Elena Zavyalova, Head of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), presented a report on the results of a large-scale research at the 5th St. Petersburg International Labor Forum.
The results of the research of the level of digitalization of HR in Russian companies were presented at the V International Labor Forum by Dmitry Sokolov, Assistant Professor of the Department of Organized Behavior and Personnel Management at GSOM SPbU, and PhD student Anastasia Springer.
Professor of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) Andrei Panibratov has been invited to participate in the 7th Copenhagen Conference as a keynote speaker. The topic is Emerging Market Multinationals: Outward Investment from Emerging Economies.
The XII Northern Dimension Forum brought together over a thousand participants: Russian and European businessmen, researchers, representatives of government and public organizations. Its results were summed up by Konstantin Krotov, Head of School, Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), and Alexey Mordashov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Severstal, Co-Chairman of the Northern Dimension Business Council.
The Coaching Center of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) conducted the course Search Inside Yourself: How to Create Your Own Career Plan for Master program students. The lecturers were delivered by Maria Daletskaya, Guest Lecturer at GSOM, and Maria Dorokhina, Director of the Coaching Center. The aim of the course is to help students find the right career path.
The Management Career Week 2021: Spring (MCW) at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) has had a record number of participants. Individual consultations, panel sessions and workshops, as well as an HR buffet, brought together 678 students of the Business School.
