Organizational, team and employees resilience nowadays are important characteristics of companies providing capabilities to meet ‘new realities’, such as de-globalization, sanctions, economic embargos, human capital divestment and mobility, etc. Current challenges in global landscape shape new agenda for managing human capital at both firm and country levels. The track welcomes papers to discuss how HRM develops and supports multilevel dimensions of resilience in order to ensure firm performance and countries competitiveness.
