In March 2011, she joined the team of the Institute of Territorial Planning "Urbaniсa" and became the head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Research of the Institute in 2013 and a managing partner in 2019.

Experience at Urbaniсa includes, among others: development of concepts for the development of regions and cities (including Moscow agglomeration, Tomsk agglomeration, St. Petersburg agglomeration, Caucasus Mineral Waters agglomeration), master plans (including Zhanatas, Kovdor, Surgut, Norilsk, Okulovka, Tayezhny, Volkhov Mendeleevsk, Neryungri, Yakutsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur), concepts of developer projects (including satellite cities).

Extensive experience in project work within groups, involving constant communication and coordination with other group members. Organization of internships for students. Significant experience in group work was gained in the coordination of the project "Doing Business in the Regions of Russia", coordination and leadership of work on the development of an integrated rating of the largest cities in Russia.

Experience in organizing round tables, business games, and conducting sociological research. Skills in project group management, organizational, and financial planning. In particular:

• "Preparation of the regional team for the implementation of projects for the development of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (basic and management staff)" (Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, 2019, supervisor N. Verkhovsky);
