This summer, seven bachelor students from GSOM SPbU completed an internship at the Cherepovets City Hall. Mentors from the Business School and specialists from the Cherepovets Urban Development Agency helped them develop projects for transforming the urban environment and look for the ways to solve problems.
On September 8, 2023, students graduated from the corporate professional retraining program for PJSC NK Rosneft “The Leaders of the Future: Operational Efficiency.” 28 employees included in the company's personnel reserve from more than 10 different regions successfully completed the training.

This year, the number of people wishing to get an education in one of the best business schools in Eastern Europe has grown significantly. 295 students excluding foreigners are enrolled in the bachelor program, which is 36% more than in 2022. 109 applicants entered masters programs and it is the maximum number of applicants for the last 4 years.
An alumna of the professional retraining program "Healthсare Management" of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) 2014-2015 academic year Galina Mikhailova was appointed Minister of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
In the first academic semester, St Petersburg University is launching an acceleration and educational program on entrepreneurship for students, staff and allumni of St Petersburg University. Anastasia Laskovaya, Lyubov Ermolaeva, and Evgeny Blagov, the professors from the Graduate School of Management at St Petersburg University, are actively involved in the project as developers, lecturers, and trackers.
