Experts from the Center for Entrepreneurship of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) together with representatives of leading universities creation of an environment for the development of student entrepreneurship and interaction with corporations at the session "The ecosystem of universities in the architecture of the innovation ecosystem of St. Petersburg". The session was organized by the Center for Strategic Research "North-West". 

On September 26, 2020, for the first time, a traditional meeting of alumni, students, faculty and partners of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) GSOM Family was held in an online format and transformed in GSOM Family Global. The GSOM Family meeting became the largest friendly event of this year: 430 participants from Russia, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, England, Spain, Belarus, Indonesia, Canada, Norway, France, USA, Czech Republic, Australia, Israel, China and Estonia united on the PINE Tool online platform and gave each other new knowledge, invaluable minutes of communication and five hours of useful networking.

On October 5-9, 2020, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) is holding The 14th International Conference "Game Theory and Management". The conference is being held for the first time in an online format and without a registration fee.

Anastasia Laskovaya, Researcher at the Center of Entrepreneurship of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) has become a leader from Russia at an international association of scholars, the Society for Effectual Action, in which 29 scholars and entrepreneurs from 16 countries and 5 continents agreed to begin joint activities on the studying and dissemination of new knowledge about effectuation. 

Universities, along with the state and the business sector, should take an active part in the search for solutions to the problems of social inequality by using technology, as well as in the formation of approaches to the protection of personal information and the reliability of data, believes the Deputy President, Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank, and Director of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) Olga Dergunova.

On November 11-21, 2020, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) will hold the 7th International Emerging Markets Conference  2020. The conference will be held online for the first time.
